We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
