Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@oratress.com so we can provide return instructions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

For any questions regarding returns or refunds, please contact us at hello@oratress.com.

Is Oratress safe for children?

Oratress is made with naturally derived oils. However, we recommend doing a patch test and consulting a healthcare professional before using it on young children.

Can I use Oratress while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Oratress contains rosemary and peppermint essential oils. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your healthcare provider before use. As with any new product, we recommend doing a patch test first.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within one business day. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Where is Oratress made?

Oratress is formulated and produced in Ontario, Canada, using carefully selected, organic, high-quality ingredients.

How long does it take to see results?

Hair growth takes time and consistency. While results vary from person to person, many begin to notice improvements in hair strength and overall condition within a few months of regular use.

How often should I use it?

For best results, apply one to two times per week and massage into the scalp. Consistency is key.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free across Canada. U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75 USD.

Are there duties on U.S. orders?

U.S. orders may be subject to import duties due to current U.S. tariffs on goods shipped from Canada. These duties are set by the U.S. government and are unfortunately outside of our control.

To keep things simple and transparent, any duties are calculated and shown at checkout, so you pay them upfront and there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Canada and the U.S.
